NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS – FUNCTION BOOKINGS
Thank you for considering The Illawarra Brewery for your upcoming event.
To ensure all functions are conducted safely and in accordance with our Liquor Licence and the Wollongong Liquor Accord.
Please note the following conditions for 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st Birthday bookings:
Licensed Security:

All 18th–21st birthday functions are required to have licensed security personnel present for the duration of the event.
Security will be arranged and charged in addition to room hire and other function costs.

Under 18s:
Any guests under the age of 18 must vacate the venue by 9:00pm.
This is a strict condition of our Liquor Licence and will be enforced by venue management and security staff.
These requirements are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons and to ensure full compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) obligations.
