Established in 2001, The Illawarra Brewery was the first ever brewery in the Illawarra. In 2010, new owners refurbished and re-launched the venue & moved the brewhouse across town. Since then, the brewhouse has now closed & The Illawarra Brewery remains in its place as the largest Taphouse in the Illawarra, housing the largest range of craft and commercial  beer on tap.
