BAR STAFF
Your duties would include:
-
Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
-
Using a till to take orders and process payments
-
Checking customers identification and age verification
-
Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
-
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
-
Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
-
Serving food and snacks
-
Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
Qualifications needed:
-
Minimum of 2 years experience as bar staff
-
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
-
Knowledge in the area

HEAD CHEF
Your duties would include:
-
Ensure service of high-quality meals of a consistent standard
-
Ability to implement systems and procedures and ensure they’re being carried out by staff
-
Strict compliance with food safety
-
Ensure all food operations are compliant with relevant regulations
-
Communicate effectively with management and staff
-
Complete orders and oversee stock-control
-
Creation of weekly specials and seasonal menus
-
Assisting management with rostering and breaking staff
-
Leading and training kitchen staff
Qualifications needed:
-
Previous head chef experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
-
Holds an up-to-date Food Safety Supervisor certificate
-
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
-
Ability to work well under pressure

KITCHEN HAND
Your duties would include:
-
Cleaning kitchens, food preparation areas and sculleries
-
Cleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants
-
Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment
-
Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking, and preparing salads, savouries and sandwiches
-
Packing food and beverage trays for serving
-
Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
Qualifications needed:
-
1-2 years experience in the kitchen
-
Knife skills
-
Food preparation skills
